Leaders and Adult Helpers: Scouting is run on a voluntary basis, and as such all our leaders are Volunteers. We have volunteer leaders from all walks of life, from 18 to 80+. Being a youth member is not a prerequisite for being a leader, and all training is provided free of charge. Some nationally accredited certificates are able to be earned through our training programs.

All our leaders and adult helpers are registered with Scouts Victoria, possess a valid Working with Children's check, completed a Child Safe Scouting online module and have completed a recent police check.
