Our Program - The Achievement Pathways

Scouts Australia is currently undertaking the largest revolution of our youth program in 50 years.

The Achievement Pathways is designed to challenge our youth to be their best, and to broaden their experience. The program is more agile, and can be tailored around each unit to ensure that every member has a chance to achieve something great, all while continuing to learn life skills, leadership, and teamwork, all while having fun and making lifelong friends.

In a first for Scouts Australia, we are moving to one program for all sections. No more re-learning award systems when moving between sections. Plus, you can pick up where you left off, further encouraging greater development.

We are also moving into the modern era, with a bespoke online progress tracking system, designed to be used by youth members directly, cutting out the need for numerous books.
